She got to fifty in 35 pitches - her swiftest at the World Cup - and her century in 84 as she flogged anything short, hitting 21 fours and three maximums.

By the time she was out her side required another 66 at run per delivery - a manageable total now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"To chase 330 is unfamiliar ground so I'm pleased we have the belief to achieve that now," stated Healy further.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it another time but, should it happen, we believe we can achieve it."

Those words will be the ultimate thing competing nations at this tournament need to hear.

During the last week a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has become more firm - this triumph coming after victory over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite struggling at 76-7 at one point.
